Garment Care
When washing/curing an item, please carefully read the care labels that comes with the garment. We advise you to not use the dryer for any of the items and either hand wash/wash on low temperature or dry clean the item. Each garment is made especially for you, they are unique pieces, so please treat them carefully!

Online Orders
We are a made-to-order brand. Since we manufacture all products in our studio, it can come to a production time of up to 4 weeks.

Returns
The items are made especially for you. We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final, so if you have any questions or wishes about specific items, please feel free to contact us before purchase.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped with DHL. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. If any product in your order is not available or delayed, we will notify you via email. We are not liable for packages after they have been dispatched. HOMEPAGE is not responsible for shipping loss or theft.

Domestic Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping of €5,49 on domestic orders within Germany.
Free domestic shipping on orders over €300.

International Shipping
€14,00 EU ZONE 1: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus (excl. Northern Cyprus), Czech Republic, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excl. Åland Islands), France (excl. overseas territories and departments), Greece (excl. Mount Athos), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (excl. Livigno and Campione d’Italia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (excl. non-European territories), Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excl. HOMEPAGE is not liable for import duties on international orders. If due to any circumstances we aren’t able to ship your package to your country with DHL, we will contact you as soon as possible.
